The basics

These terms govern your use of Sayso ("the Service"), operated by Sayso. By using Sayso, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We'll keep this as straightforward as possible.

Your account

You need an account to use Sayso. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. A few ground rules:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Sayso
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • One person per account — don't share your credentials
  • Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

What you can do

Sayso is a platform for creating LinkedIn content from voice interviews. You can:

  • Complete voice interviews to generate content ideas
  • Generate, edit, and publish LinkedIn posts
  • Build and refine your voice and positioning profile
  • Store writing samples to improve content matching
  • Schedule and manage your content calendar

What you can't do

Don't use Sayso to:

  • Generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use
  • Resell access to the Service without our written permission

Your content

You own your content. The interviews you give, the writing samples you provide, and the posts we generate for you — that's all yours. We don't claim ownership of any content you create or provide through Sayso.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service — generating posts, analyzing your voice, building your positioning profile. We won't use your content for any other purpose.

You're responsible for the content you publish. While we help you create it, you decide what goes live. Make sure your published content complies with LinkedIn's terms and any applicable laws.

AI-generated content

Sayso uses AI to generate content based on your interviews and voice profile. While we work hard to make the output sound like you, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Always review generated content before publishing. You are ultimately responsible for anything you post.

Subscriptions and billing

Sayso offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Here's how it works:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel
  • You can cancel anytime through the Manage Subscription option in your account
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice — existing subscribers keep their rate until renewal

Plan limits

Each plan has usage limits (interview minutes, features, etc.). If you exceed your plan limits, you'll need to upgrade or wait for your monthly reset. We won't charge you overage fees without your consent. Usage resets on the 1st of each month.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Sayso running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, update features, or make changes to the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. If we make changes that significantly affect your use, we'll give you reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

Sayso is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sayso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately. We'll delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
